This winter I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. In this unique workshop we will blend the grounding practices of yoga therapeutic movement and the flowing energy of circular dance to create space for connection—both with yourself and those around you.

This workshop is designed to encourage curiosity exploration and release. Through a series of guided movements gentle stretches and mindful dance you will be invited to tune in to the messages your body holds. It’s a time to listen feel and honor your physical and emotional states without judgment.

The circle is our symbol for unity wholeness and balance. Together we will create a shared space where individual expression meets collective energy fostering authentic connections. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or new to the practice this workshop welcomes all levels.
