This program is the result of our learnings from intensive research into best practices used in highly efficient Dental Practice Management. This workshop provides dentists with enhanced leadership skills to unlock their staffs’ innate talents and problem-solving abilities to create better results for patients. By the end of this course you will understand:
- How to engage patients and team members at a higher level
- Choose, lead, develop, and mentor others in your organization to higher levels of success
- Communicate feedback to patients and team members more effectively
- Successfully engage in difficult conversations with staff
- Understand to better lead and manage the "Y & Z Generations” to enhance engagement and increase staff retention
We will help you be a better leader by:
- Enhancing ability to ensure self and team responsibility
- Thinking differently
- Learning new and proven management and leadership skills
- Tools to better handle conflict
- Exercising restraint
- Coach and develop and refine team in process-based manner using Envision’s E1 to E4 model
We will focus on foundational coaching principles and the skills needed to be a great dental practice leader. We will explore more advanced skills with hands-on challenging coaching situations.
Envision Engaging Dental Leader combines the key principles of coaching with extensive practice using actual situations faced by participants.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing up to four weeks before workshop date will be issued a full refund less an administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing less than four weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year.
Non-attendance ("no-show") counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund.
Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration. Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
