Come on out & join us for mind, body, spirit experience. This month we will have an hour of movement beginning at 1. Movement/dance is a great way to loosen up stuck energies, connect with the rhythm of your peers & celebrate the power of our vessels we call bodies. Followed by an hour of sound bathing, ending with a 1/2 hour process & integration, where you can share your sound bath experience or anything you don't want to take with you as you leave the space.
This is an excellent way to activate your body's own natural healing abilities, clear out stuck energy, align chakras, reduce stress & elevate over all feelings of wellness.
