Heidi is a dedicated community leader who gives back in incredible ways. Having seen her speak at multiple events, I can confidently say her insights are truly impactful.
The event will begin with a yoga session led by Sarah Wallace, followed by an extended Shavasana featuring a transformative sound meditation guided by Tessa Borquez of Evolved Starsound.
Afterward, we'll take a break to savor delicious charcuterie from Strive For Epic Community Table, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and connect. We’ll then dive into an inspiring talk led by Heidi Pond, where she will share valuable insights to uplift and empower you.
