Wild Women Tribe's summer Movement & Mindfulness Wed Weekly Trail Hike Series is back for the 4th season (Wed 7/1 to Wed 8/5)—six weeks of soul-fueled hikes, fresh air, and movement that awakens more than just your body.
It’s not just about the hike. It’s about the women walking beside you. The conversations that crack you open. The moments of presence & wonder. And the laughter that lingers long after the trail ends. Join our six-part hike series in Park City.
We lace up and hit the dirt with a variety of modalities featuring local facilitators: from grounding somatic breathwork with Jilana McIntyre (July 1), a sacred blue lotus tea ceremony with Christina Sthair (July 8), to soul-soothing soundbath on the earth with Amanda Murphy (July 29), there's a little something for every woman seeking deep connection back to nature.
