A contemporary blend of Yoga & Qi Gong.
A weekly space to reset, recharge, remember.
75 minutes of fluid movement
45 minutes of inner stillness
Rooted in tradition, shaped by presence.
Guided in stillness, held in resonance.

Only Movement: 10:15 – 11:30
