Een Cuddle Workshop is een veilige en RUSTige omgeving waarin je kan experimenteren met je eigen grenzen. Er is ruimte om je angsten te overwinnen en je verlangens te onderzoeken. In een liefdevolle en warme sfeer, waar niets moet, ontmoet je nieuwe mensen die je dichter bij jezelf brengen.
Consensueel aanraken is gezond, brengt je tot RUST en vermindert stress. Het brengt ons dichter bij onszelf én bij elkaar. Durf ik mijn grenzen en verlangens helder te maken?
De meeste mensen genieten van en komen tot RUST door aanraking en knuffelen, maar doen het vaak minder dan ze zouden willen. Velen voelen zich ook onzeker of bang om te knuffelen. Deze workshop biedt hiervoor een oplossing door een omgeving te creëren waarin mensen zich veilig voelen om met elkaar te verbinden en te knuffelen. Niets is verplicht. We verkennen stap voor stap onze persoonlijke grenzen op een speelse en toegankelijke manier. De focus in deze workshop ligt op liefdevolle aandacht en is niet seksueel van aard.

Intimiteitsniveau Kleurcode: Wit → er is geen seksualiteit of naaktheid, aanraking is altijd optioneel en de kleren blijven aan.

Deze workshop is LGBTQI+ en BIPOC vriendelijk. Ik streef ernaar om een zo inclusief mogelijke ruimte te faciliteren, waar iedereen zich veilig en thuis kan voelen. Iedereen kan deelnemen, ook als je een beperking hebt of ziek bent. Neem gerust contact met me op als je specifieke noden hebt!

Je bent welkom voor thee en een babbeltje om 19u. We starten om 19u30 en sluiten dan de deur. De workshop eindigt om 22u.

A Cuddle Workshop is a safe and PEACEful environment in which you can experiment with your own personal boundaries. There is room to overcome your fears and to satisfy your desires. In a loving and warm atmosphere where nothing has to be done, you (meet) new people who bring you closer to yourself.

Consensual touch is healthy, brings CALM and reduces stress. It brings us closer to ourselves and to each other. Do I dare to make my boundaries and desires clear?

Most people enjoy touch and cuddling, and find PEACE through it, but often do it less than they would like. Many people also feel insecure or afraid to hug. This workshop offers a solution for this, by creating an environment in which people feel safe to connect and cuddle with each other. Nothing is mandatory. We explore our personal boundaries step by step in a playful and accessible way. The focus in this workshop is on loving attention and is of a non-s.exual nature.

You are welcome for tea and chitchat at 7 pm. We start at 7:30 pm and then the door closes. The workshop will end at 10 pm.
