An evening of gentle yoga, restorative sound bath, herbal tea, and connection.No experience needed, arrive exactly as you are. All movement is optional - you're invited to do as much or as little as you like.
Please bring:
• a mug
• a yoga mat (if you have one)
• a blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported
All-gender bathroom available. Off-street parking available. Entry is via the red carpark-side door.
