A free community gathering by Bloom Outdoors & Bloom Wellbeing
Join us for a free community sunrise gathering to move, breathe and welcome the winter morning together.
We’ll begin with a steady, nourishing beach yoga flow as the sun rises. Nothing too fancy, just a feel-good practice to wake up the body and clear the mind. Beginners, kids and all levels are so welcome.
After yoga, there’ll be an optional cold dip in the ocean. Swim, float, paddle or simply wander the shoreline with us.
Then we’ll head into a slow morning with coffee, connection and warm brekkie by the beach.
✨ We’re so excited to have Posh Porridge joining us with their delicious warm porridge available to purchase after class. Eftpos available. Honestly the dream post-dip winter breakfast.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Warm layers + blanket
• Swimmers + towel if dipping
• A mug or keep cup if you’d like one
