Join Sue Harrison, a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, and Christine Kelly, a talented crafter, for a relaxing and creative morning.
Enjoy a gentle yoga session followed by delicious refreshments and a hands-on activity where you'll sew your own bespoke aromatherapy eye mask using Quarry Bank fabric. To finish, unwind with a restorative guided relaxation using your handmade eye mask.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and creatively inspired.
Tea/coffee and cake will be provided.
