This class is THE ultimate chill-out experience! Using the Aerial Hammocks, you will float your way into deep rest. New venue @thefitworks MobberleyExpect a guided lying-down relaxation, followed by gentle stretches using the hammock, & a cocoon-style meditation.

This style of Aerial practice is suitable for all ages & all levels of yoga including complete novice. Equipment provided - Nothing to bring. (Optional mat and eye pillow).
The hammocks are made of high density nylon that can hold 20 stones each. They are low hanging so it’s easy to get in and out of them.
