Welcome to the Movember Mindful Meditation Fundraiser!

Come join us for a calming and meaningful event at 140 Main St S. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to some relaxation while supporting a great cause.

Mental Health for Men has become an important part of our culture and there is a growing need for education and experience for men to explore different methods of healing and managing stress and anxiety. Glenn Marais is a certified Meditation/Mindfulness Instructor from McMaster University, level II Reiki Certified, and a hand drum facilitator. He has incorporated Meditation/Mindfulness into a healing drum circle that begins with an inspiring talk, followed by guided meditations and thoughts on mindfulness and the health benefits of a contemplative life. The hour concludes with a guided drum circle that is both healing and a lot of fun.
