We welcome you to the 2nd MoveFest - Dance, Fitness & Health Festival in Colindale, London, and the only event of its kind in Europe.
7 rooms, 5 zones, 15+ classes (dance, wellbeing and fitness), 14+ instructors, 15+ stallholders, 2 fitness competitions, 2 rooms for social dancing, one epic afternoon!
If you like investing in your health, fitness, dance, movement, personal development, join us for a memorable afternoon. Come alone or come with friends. Get ready to move, groove, recharge, grow and be part of a supportive community who aim to live a better life.
MoveFest was created to improve all aspects of your health from your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We believe that no matter the challenges you are going through, moving forward and taking action will help you live a better life, and that there is someone or some activity that will help you get through it. This is what you will find at MoveFest, whether from the classes offered to the stallholders we have invited to showcase their services or products.

> The full address is St James Catholic High School, Grahame Park Way, Great Strand, Colindale, London, NW9 5PE. The GPS will take you to the front of the school, however the doors will be locked as this entrance is not the official entrance for external events like MoveFest.
> The correct entrance is to the back of the school. To get here, it would be better to put this address into your GPS: Kingdom Hall of Jehonah's Witnesses, Avion Cres, London, NW9 5NZ. Once you reach the above address you will see a gate to the St James High School car park across the road - this will take you to the entrance to MoveFest.
> The venue is less than 8 minutes walk from Colindale Underground station
> 120 FREE car park spaces available in the school car park

> From 2pm to 2:15: Attendees arrive to check in
> From 2:15 to 3pm: Welcoming ceremony

___________ Dance zone ___________
In the Dance zone, you can expect 5 rooms (2 rooms for social dancing and 3 rooms for classes happening at the same time) throughout the day. The 2 rooms for social dancing will include the following music:
1. Latin music so Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Kizomba and much more.
2. 2nd room to be confirmed
Classes confirmed include:
1. Salsa Crossbody
2. Bachata Sensual
3. Merengue
4. Zumba
5. Dance fitness party
6. Bollywood
7. Flamenco
8. Afrobeats / Caribbean Zumba fitness
9. Reggaeton
10. More to be confirmed
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this is your chance to try out a new dance style for the first time. Do as few or as many classes as you want throughout the day.

Also taking place at the event there will be the North London Challenger Games which shall include:
1. An all female fitness competition with a grand prize of £250 for the winner
2. And an all male fitness competition with a grand prize of £250 for the winner
Spectators can come to watch the competition

We shall have a range of stalls in the health, wellbeing, personal development, fitness and mental health space.

There will be plenty of space to sit down to socialise, relax and eat/drink and mingle with the new people you meet throughout the day.

Get your tickets ASAP as there are only limited spaces:
> Full experience tickets: Ranging from £15 to £35 the earlier you book - These tickets gives you access to all dance, fitness and wellbeing classes.
> General entry tickets: £5 tickets (including FREE food if booked in advance, otherwise £5 without food on the door) - Both tickets gives entry to event including social dancing, but not the classes.
> North London Fitness Games tickets: £25 to participate in the mens or womens North London Fitness Games. Otherwise, £5 tickets to be a spectator to watch and support the participants (including FREE food if booked in advance, otherwise £5 without food on the door)
