Join us for Move with MEAS! A free outdoor community workout next to the MEAS Active OTR store — led by local instructors, open to all fitness levels, and followed by post-class coffee, juice, snacks, and shopping.

Free Community Yoga at MEAS

Join MEAS Active and Club Studio next Saturday for an outdoor Yoga Flow at Imagination Alley! Take an hour to move, breathe, and enjoy some time for yourself. Amy Smith will guide us through a flow that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend. Whether you’re a regular or trying yoga for the first time, we’d love to see you there.

• 1 hour community workout.
• Free to attend — all levels welcome
