About the Conference

The Measure of a Man Men's Leadership Conference is a transformational one-day experience created to inspire, equip, and empower men and young men to become stronger leaders in their homes, careers, businesses, churches, and communities.

Hosted by the women of Advance NOW Cohort 3, this conference reflects our belief that stronger communities are built when we intentionally invest in the growth, healing, and leadership of our men. While Advance NOW focuses on developing women leaders through education in economic mobility, financial literacy, homeownership, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and leadership, we also believe that lasting community impact requires supporting the men and boys who help shape our families and neighborhoods.

Whether you are a student, father, entrepreneur, professional, mentor, faith leader, or simply looking for personal growth, this conference is designed to provide practical tools, meaningful conversations, and lasting connections.
