Join us for this 2 hour workshop, where we delve into postpartum pelvic floor and core recovery, and baby development essentials. Maria will teach simple and do-able daily techniques to nurture your baby’s development from the start. We’ll move with baby in class, learn simple calming techniques and address your top questions about infant development. Jess will go over postpartum pelvic floor and core recovery. You will learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor and core, tips and exercises, and how to incorporate this into your day to aid in your recoveryPre-crawling babies are welcome to join!
