March Meditation and Sound Bath

Treat yourself to an evening of meditation and sound immersion. Sit in a zero-gravity chair and Margaret will lead you through a relaxing meditation and sound frequencies with her crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. Vibrational sound has been shown to decrease feelings of stress and anxiety, lower heart rate, improve sleep quality and mood, enhance ability to focus, and even help with pain relief. While results are not guaranteed for any individual, sound bath meditations are a good method to promote deep relaxation, moving the body out of fight or flight into rest and digest, promoting a greater sense of wellbeing.
