Class begins with a special cacao ceremony followed by a grounding and soothing gentle flow. Then drift into effortless bliss with sound bowls meditation. Sound meditation is an ancient practice that uses waves of soothing sounds to create vibrations around the body.
Cacao (ka-cow) is a potent plant medicine dating back 10 million years, rich in magnesium and theobromine helping to improve focus, energy, and increasing circulation by relaxing blood vessels. The sensation is heart opening, not only physically, but emotionally. Deeply revered by the Aztec and Mayan culture, cacao is rooted in ancestral connection possibly invoking your own connection to passed loved ones.
