About this Event
Unstoppable: Sculpt + HIIT with Robert Cadiz
Sculpt & HIIT is a dynamic mat-based workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and fire up your core. Using resistance bands and your own bodyweight, you’ll move through focused sculpting sequences that lengthen and tone, seamlessly paired with high-intensity intervals to spike your heart rate and torch calories.Expect plenty of core-centered work to enhance stability and posture, layered with energizing bursts that keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.
This class is low-impact friendly, completely mat-based (no fancy equipment needed; resistance bands provided), and easily adapted for all fitness levels—so whether you’re a HIIT fanatic or new to Pilates-inspired training, you’ll feel challenged, strong, and empowered.
Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and leave feeling unstoppable.
The Move Pillar is presented by lululemon and supported by Equinox.
This event will be hosted on the rooftop of Spring Studios, light rain or shine. If there is severe inclement weather, this event will be cancelled.
