About this Event
Stronger Than Stigma with Kendall Toole
In honor of World Mental Health Day, join Kendall Toole—global fitness leader and passionate advocate for mental health—for her very first fitness class in support of Project Healthy Minds. This dynamic 30-minute Pilates & Boxing fusion is designed to build both strength and resilience, followed by a 10-minute science-backed breathwork cool down to restore balance and calm.
Kendall’s influence has inspired a worldwide community to move with purpose, and this class reflects her philosophy: true strength comes from training both the body and the brain in harmony. As she prepares to launch her next chapter with NKO Club, this experience is more than a workout—it’s a reminder that they can knock you down, but they can never knock you out™.
The Move Pillar is presented by lululemon and supported by Equinox.
