Strong from the Inside Out: Functional Core Strength Training with Nick Wagner
Nick will lead a full-body functional strength training, [solidcore] inspired class. With over 15 years of experience teaching fitness in New York City, Nick brings his expertise as a professional dancer and personal trainer to his class. Participants can anticipate accessible movements, core-focused exercises, and challenging work! Life is too short to get stuck in our heads - we are fortunate to be alive and possess the ability to move our bodies. Embrace the present, move your body and feel alive. All fitness levels are welcome to join.

This event will be hosted on the rooftop of Spring Studios, light rain or shine. If there is severe inclement weather, this event will be cancelled.
