About this Event
Feeling stuck, stressed, or disconnected from yourself?
Move to Thrive is a guided wellbeing experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and feel more alive through movement, breath, music, and community.
Set inside the Firepit Art Gallery, this session offers something a little different. The creative atmosphere, artwork, and surrounding space become part of the experience, inviting expression, play, and presence.
No dance experience needed. No choreography to learn. No pressure to perform.
A welcoming space to move in ways that feel right for you, without judgement or performance.
What to Expect:
Grounding & Breathwork
Arrive, slow down, and reconnect with the present moment.
Mindful & Intuitive Movement
Gentle guided movement to release stress, soften tension, and build body awareness.
Creative Exploration
At times, we may draw inspiration from the art and space around us through playful prompts and movement invitations.
Joyful Bollywood Dance
An uplifting, Bollywood-inspired community dance. No steps to follow, just movement, rhythm, and joy.
Cool Down & Integration
Gentle stretches and space to land feeling calmer and clearer.

Comfortable clothes to move in and a water bottle.

Aditi Kaushiva is a movement artist, facilitator and founder of Move to Thrive, a creative health practice rooted in mindful movement, embodiment, breathwork and joyful dance. Trained in Bharatanatyam and contemporary forms, and with lived experience of burnout recovery, Aditi creates inclusive spaces for emotional release, nervous-system care, and creative play. She has led workshops for community and corporate groups including Mind Islington, 64 Million Artists, Google Cloud and the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. Aditi blends Indian movement traditions, somatic practice and simple tools for everyday calm to help people feel grounded, energised and more present.
