MOVE: The Run and Walk Club That Only Meets Once a Year
About this Event
The Run and Walk Club That Only Meets Once a Year
Once a year, on World Mental Health Day, we lace up as a community and move for our minds. In partnership with Endorphins Run Club, this year's run goes the distance the date inspired: 10 miles on 10/10, alongside a community walk led by Timm Chiusano and Joe Gonzales. Both step off together at 8:00 AM from Washington Square Park, along the West Side Highway. All paces welcome, walkers encouraged. Come for the movement, stay for the conversation, and leave with a brighter headspace.
Propel Sweat Test: In partnership with the Gatorade Sports Science Institute, Propel will help runners understand their estimated sweat and sodium losses during their run, and how to apply those insights in practice.
The Move Pillar is presented by Propel.
