Move Into Stillness: Intuitive Movement & Sound Bath

This class is a gentle, grounding movement experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body. We’ll begin with intuitive, free-form movement. You’ll simply be invited to listen to your body and let your movement be guided by what feels good in the moment. From there, we’ll gradually move into stillness with a restorative sound experience featuring sound bowls, giving you time to settle, soften, and receive.
