Introduction to Altars: Creating Sacred Spaces

Have you ever felt the pull to create a little space in your home that feels peaceful, magical, meaningful, or uniquely yours? Join us for an inviting introduction to the beautiful world of altars!
Together, we’ll explore how different spiritual traditions use altars and discover the many ways these sacred spaces can be incorporated into our everyday lives. Whether you’re drawn to meditation, prayer, honoring loved ones, connecting with nature, celebrating the seasons, setting intentions, or simply creating a quiet corner for reflection, an altar can be a deeply personal expression of your spirit.
We’ll talk about meaningful objects, symbolism, candles, crystals, natural treasures, photographs, and other items that can help transform an ordinary space into something extraordinary. You’ll discover that altars don’t have to be elaborate, expensive, or tied to any one spiritual path. They can be as simple or as magical as you wish!
Come with an open heart, a curious mind, and a little imagination as we explore the art of creating spaces that inspire connection, invite intention, and bring a touch of the sacred into our everyday lives. Led by Heather.
No prior experience or specific spiritual beliefs are needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Your sacred space, your way!
