About this Event
In honor of World Mental Health Day, join lululemon SLO for a day of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. Together, we’ll celebrate the power of community and create space to reset, recharge, and care for both body and mind.
We’ll start the morning with a community run led by Jeff Tolle and Natalie Rodriguez, and a pre-run stretch guided by lululemon ambassador Michael McAlister. Afterwards, step into a series of wellness classes designed to restore and inspire, or explore our wellness fair on the upper terrace featuring local physical, mental, and holistic health practitioners, all centered around well-being.
Day Breakdown
8:30 AM – Community Run (all paces and levels encouraged), hydration station to follow provided by Culture Pop and lululemon
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Wellness Classes
Classes will be held indoors in the space above lululemon and next to Sephora.
- 10:00 AM – Slow Flow Post-Run Recovery Yoga
- 11:00 AM – Sound Bath
- 12:00 PM – Somatic Healing + Burnout, Balance, and the Mind–Body Connection
- 1:00 PM – Ground & Glow Yoga
Each class concludes with light bites from Seeds, sponsored by Jamestown Properties. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class time and bring your yoga mat and water.

Somatic Healing & Burnout, Balance, and the Mind–Body Connection
Host: Savannah Carmassi
Info: This class will begin with an introduction to somatic coaching as a tool for processing and healing trauma, followed by a guided somatic practice to experience the approach firsthand. From there, we’ll explore burnout through the lens of Chinese medicine and mental health, looking at how imbalances in the body can manifest as anxiety, depression, or brain fog, and sharing simple practices to restore balance, improve mood, and support overall well-being.

Ground and Glow Yoga with lululemon Store Manager
Host: Lindsey Woodward
Info: Lindsey's teaching philosophy centers on mindful movement, connection to inner wisdom, and honoring each student's pace. This all-levels yoga class will blend alignment awareness with fluid transitions to support both physical vitality and mental presence. No experience needed, just bring a mat and be ready drop into your center.
