Start your morning with purpose! Join us for Move for a Cause: Sunrise Yoga and Pound on the iconic Sundial Bridge. This empowering event will combine the calming flow of Yoga with the high-energy beats of Pound, a full-body cardio jam session that uses lightly weighted drumsticks.

This event is to help Faith Barrett, from the Barrett Team raise $10,000 and beyond for her Dancing With The Stars fundraiser competition for One Safe Place & Children's Legacy . Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying Pound for the first time, this event is a perfect way to kick off your weekend with positive vibes, all while supporting two incredible organizations: One Safe Place and Children’s Legacy. Every move you make will contribute to these vital causes, helping survivors of domestic violence and children in need.
