Free Childbirth Education Classes

Our free childbirth classes are open to all families offering a variety of topics on a rotating basis. You are welcome to attend any number of classes without the need for registration.

The schedule is as follows: Week 1: Labor Pain Management Week 2: Stretching & Positions Week 3: Labor Stages Week 4: Postpartum Preparation Week 5: Lactation Education and Week 6: Post-Childbirth Intimacy.

Samantha Reinhardt a Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula conducts the childbirth education classes. Christina McCabe also a Certified Lactation Educator and Doula leads the Lactation Education and Post-Childbirth Intimacy classes.
