Move, Breathe, Connect: A Pilates in the Park summer series
About this Event
Join Inner Body Strength twice a month this summer for Move • Breathe • Connect: Pilates in the Park, an outdoor experience designed to strengthen your body, support your nervous system, and cultivate meaningful connections through mindful movement in nature.
This all-levels experience is designed to help you move with intention, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and refreshed.
45-Minute Pilates Practice
We'll begin with a mindful, full-body Pilates class focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, posture, and body awareness. Each movement is guided with intention, encouraging you to move in a way that supports your body rather than pushing through it. Modifications and progressions will be offered, making this practice accessible for all experience levels.
30-Minute Nervous System Nourishment
After movement, we'll slow down and transition into conversation and practices that help you grow into regulateion. Through gentle breathwork, guided reflection, sound and simple regulation tools, you'll learn practical techniques that can help you navigate stress, increase resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of ease in your everyday life. These are resources you can continue using long after class ends.
Nourishing Refreshments & Community
We'll close our time together by enjoying nutritious beverages and light refreshments while connecting in community. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences if you'd like, and simply enjoy being outdoors with others who value movement, well-being, and meaningful connection.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, this series offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, connect, and build a deeper relationship with your body and nervous system.
Set in nature and accompanied by music, this is an opportunity to step out of your routine and into a more present, connected state.
