In this interactive workshop, Dr. Kristie Ennis (Doctor of Physical Therapy, CSCS, and Nutritionist) will guide you through a simple total body movement and strength screen designed to help identify areas that may need more support as we age.
Together, we’ll look at:
• balance and stability
• lower body strength
• hip and shoulder mobility
• movement patterns
• flexibility and control
You’ll also learn:
✔ what your results may mean
✔ common movement limitations that develop with age
✔ simple exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
✔ how to stay active and moving well long term
This workshop is designed for adults who want to:
• stay active
• maintain independence
• improve strength and mobility
• prevent future issues
• and better understand how their body is functioning
No fitness experience is required.
Participants will leave with practical tools, exercises, and a better understanding of what their body may need to move and feel its best.
