Move & Shout with PFP!

On Tuesday, November 19th from 11 AM until 12 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Centreal Austin, we're inviting the community to join us for one of our free Move & Shout classes for Parkinson's symptoms. These dynamic classes feature research-backed pattern exercises to target Parkinson's symptoms, while improving cognition, strength and endurance. This weekly exercise class is always free to all people with Parkinson's and their care partners, but on November 19th we're inviting anyone who is interested in learning more about our classes, regardless of their connection to Parkinson's, to join us!
