Carrie’s Courage presents Move & Breathe: A Women’s Movement Experience, a beginner-friendly experience created for women 18+.
This isn’t your traditional dance or fitness class. Each Move & Breathe experience may look a little different. Through a combination of stretching, intentional movement, breathing, music, reflection, encouragement, and connection, you’ll have space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and simply enjoy being present.
- You don’t need dance experience, flexibility, or a certain fitness level. Just come ready to move, breathe, connect, and be yourself.
Faith is woven naturally into the experience through encouragement and moments of reflection, which may include a brief scripture or prayer, while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment.
What to expect:
• Meet & greet and connection
• Guided breathing and mindfulness
• Stretching and intentional movement
• Music and beginner-friendly movement
• Encouragement and reflection
• A welcoming space to connect with other women
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring water. Movement will be done without shoes.
