MOUSEHOLD HEATH - HISTORIC WALKING TOUR

Join us for a casual walking tour of the history of Mousehold Heath! Come along to learn how the heath was formed and how people have continued to shape it's landscape from the Saxons to the present day. Together we will uncover how Mousehold got it's name and how it was used by Norwich citizens throughout history from common land to a military training ground and RAF airfield.

This two and a half hour tour will involve a steady walk throughout the heath with plenty of stops, so make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes!

We will meet at the Britannia Barracks Car park and return there at 3:30pm!

All ages welcome!
