We look at the tour plan on location, kit with equipment, weather and paperwork including medical notes.

The walk will take approximately six to seven hours, not including traffic.

Hoping to be back in the car by 4pm

Public roads, footpaths, cross-country paths, mountain terrain, open moorland but some areas will be wet, uneven, rocky with grassy slopes. There will be parts of steep terrain. We will be open to the elements.

Consent/medical forms will be sent to you via email and the Whatsapp group. You will need to fill these out and send them on to Ailish/Smyrff prior or bring them with you on the day before going on the trip.

You'll need a map of Snowdon OS 17 with you please and a compass.

• Walking trousers (no jeans or cotton)
• Waterproof jacket and trousers
• Rucksack (27L - 35L recommended)
• Base layer
• Fleece / warm top

Hot Weather:

• Sun hat

• Spare gloves / warm hat
• Spare layer / fleece
• Warm drink / flask
• belay jacket

We will have 10 helmets to use for sessions that cover steep group or scrambling - these won't be needed on some sessions.

There is no opportunity for animals to come on the trip.
