Motivational Interviewing Training (Friday 17th April & Monday 20th April)

Training for people working with those who are ambivalent about making a change (in their substance use or other behaviours). Motivational interviewing encourages positive behaviour change for those struggling to find motivation by using techniques such as open ended questions that evoke change talk without directly telling a person which decisions or changes to make.
