I’m so honored to welcome you to this special sound bowl experience, thoughtfully curated to support deep rest, healing, and presence. Sound therapy is more than just listening, it’s feeling. Through the pure tones of crystal singing bowls, wave drums, and chimes, we’ll create a soothing soundscape that encourages your body to relax, your breath to slow, and your mind to soften. We will begin with 15 min of gentle yoga to ground you in the space, followed by a 45 minute Sound Bath. This is your time to simply be, to drop into stillness, and reconnect with yourself.
