MOTION: Breathwork & Conscious Dance Fusion
Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery with this innovative fusion of transpersonal Breathwork and conscious dance/movement modalities. You will be invited into a ceremonial exploration of body, breath, dance, rhythm, and the pure joy of shaking it loose.
Delicately blending the power of conscious-connected breathwork with the liberating essence of free form dance and movement, this unique event provides a sacred space for self exploration and growth. Moving from the inside out, connecting breath to body and spirit, fostering a deep sense of presence and embodied freedom and space to groove it.
Healing and growth do not need to be just serious or earnest we are allowed to do it through sweet beats and playful exploration too. We can expand and grow as humans through breathing into and moving with the shapes of our relationship to ourselves and to life.
When we move from the inside out we reshape our lives one breath, one dance at a time, letting our bodies tell the truth.
This event will start with a carefully curated series of simple movement practices to support the deamoring of the body and ease the nervous system into a more spacious place. From here we will explore in how our body expresses and shapes powerful universal human experiences (movement archetypes) to further deeped our trust and relationship with our bodies and inner guidance systems.
This will then be followed by a 90min conscious breath lead, movement/dance inspired journey. All to the sweet beats of a booty shaking, heart expanding, trance inducing soundscape. Here participants will be guided into deep body awareness and breath lead movement to enter an altered state of consciousness. A state that allows for the exploration of energy, authentic expression, memories, feelings, movements, and sensations from the subconscious, towards release, reframing, repair and deep integration.
We will finish with a group debrief and integration support.
Come breathe & dance yourself home.

Why try a moving, dancing Breathwork event?
Consciously utilising your breath and the expression of your body through dance and movement is a beautiful, creative and liberating way to connect with your inner world and the needs of your body and nervous system.
It is a potent method for initiating us into a deeper more trusting relationship with the intelligence of our bodies. We are offered an opportunity to let our bodies tell the truth and express the unexpressed, as well as give shapes to our love, loss, desire, pain and dreams.
Inviting the body into free expressive movement through the breath offers a unique opportunity to explore the bone deep needs of the body to be free to find its own unique expression and shapes. This is about crafting a deeper relationship to these bodies of ours and coming home to our skins and the deep mysteries that they envelope.
