Mother's Day Yoga Flow

Join us in celebrating our mothers or mother figures with an infrared heated yoga class!

Join us on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 11:00AM for a Mother's Day non-heated flow class! This class will be taught by our lovely instructor, Anjoli.

In this class we will be celebrating our mothers and everything they do for us. You will be guided through various poses while staying in tune with your breath, using it to guide your body.
