Join us for a peaceful outdoor experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and be poured into. Hike with a Therapist & Yoga in the Park blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection in a safe and supportive space.
Whether you’re a mother, honoring a mother, or simply in need of a moment to breathe, this experience is for you.
Come as you are and expect to leave restored.

• Guided Hike with intentional conversation
• Gentle, all-levels Yoga in the park
• Grounding and somatic healing practices
• Space for reflection, connection, and restoration with a sound bowl experience

What to Bring
• Water (please stay hydrated)
• Comfortable clothing and supportive shoes
• Yoga mat or towel
• Sunscreen / hat (recommended)
Important Details
We will meet in the parking lot of Lone Mountain Equestrian Trail between 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM. The experience will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
There is limited cell service in the area. If you are running late, please call or text Brittney at 702-806-6195 no later than 7:45 AM.
Who Should Attend
All are welcome. This experience is open to men, women and children of all fitness levels. No prior hiking or yoga experience is needed.
