Sister Walk in the Park

This is not a workout. It’s a simple, welcoming space to get outside, enjoy nature, and move your body through life in a softer, more connected way. Created for women who value sisterhood, healthy relationships, and meaningful conversation, this walk offers another way to connect, especially for those who find that walking side-by-side makes conversations feel easier and more organic.

Whether you’re looking to move your body, release stress, connect with other women, or simply enjoy being outdoors, this space is here for you. While movement can support overall wellness (including weight release, if that’s a personal goal), the heart of this gathering is connection, consistency, and community. Walking together naturally encourages accountability, presence, and support.

• A relaxed, easy-paced group walk
• Natural, organic conversation and connection
• A welcoming sisterhood atmosphere
• Time outdoors to enjoy nature and fresh air
• Space to move, reflect, and reset

• We meet at the Desert Bloom Park sign
• The park loop is approximately 2–4 miles
• We may complete one or multiple laps, or walk intuitively based on the group’s energy
• Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and your phone or camera to capture nature moments
• Feel free to enjoy the beauty of the season and the fresh spring energy

S.O.E.L Sister Walk is offered as a donation-based contribution, helping support and sustain future soul events, gatherings, and workshops.
