Mother's Day Goddess Circle

Take a night to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

This Mother’s Day weekend, you’re invited into a deeply restorative and nourishing space designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release built-up tension, and connect with other women in a meaningful, grounded way.

This is your space to pause, reset, and be held.

This 2-hour experience will include:

• A guided somatic meditation with sound healing, to gently bring you into your body

• A full 45 min breathwork journey designed for deep relaxation and emotional release

• Reiki + sound healing woven throughout the session

• Time for journaling and integration

• A closing goddess circle with warm tea, connection, and open sharing.

This is a gentle, beginner-friendly experience. No prior breathwork or healing experience is needed.

This space is open to all women, not just mothers.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a night to yourself, this space is here for you.
