• Anyone in a helping profession seeking grounding & renewal

Our restorative sessions blend:

• Equine-assisted learning – Foster trust, connection & awareness
• Yoga & meditation – Regulate the nervous system & reconnect
• Sound healing – Support emotional release & vibrational balance
• Nature-based reflection – Slow down & come back to self

What to Bring

• Refillable water bottle (we have a refill station on site)
• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes for walking around the farm
• Yoga mat or towel for movement and meditation (mats are available for those who need one)
