Join us for a FREE, all‑levels outdoor yoga flow on the Interlock grass lawn, located just across the street from the lululemon Howell Mill store. We’ll meet on the lawn and kick things off at 9:15 AM - 9:50AM with a feel‑good flow designed to help you move, breathe, and soak up the morning vibes.

This feel‑good flow is all about connection honoring mothers and mother figures with mindful movement, uplifting energy, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Whether you’re celebrating your mom, being celebrated yourself, or simply joining for a beautiful morning outdoors, this class is for you.

Following the flow, head across the street for an exclusive early opening at the lululemon Howell Mill store from 10:00–11:00 AM, available only to attendees. Enjoy a private shopping experience where mothers will be gifted complimentary roses (available in limited quantity) and invited to enjoy light refreshments while shopping and unwinding.
