We begin at twilight in our rural Herb Field, harvesting the season's final botanicals before retreating to the warmth of The Hearth Room.

Experience four dedicated hands-on craft stations:

• ✨ The Alchemist: Craft your own Herb-Infused Vinegars.
• 🧀 The Pantry: Create artisan Herb Feta-in-Oil.
• 🍯 The Hive: Blend Spiced Honeys for winter resilience.
• 🌿 The Sanctuary: Stir a fresh Honey Face Mask for autumn skin.

The evening concludes with a curated tasting table featuring our NZ Food Award-finalist Oxymels paired with local seasonal bites. Leave with your handcrafted creations and a deeper connection to the mountain's bounty.

For cancellations within the 5-day window, your seat is non-refundable but is fully transferable—feel free to send a friend in your place!
