Join us every Thursday at Laurel Hill Park Central Green for Motherhood Sun Circle. A Workout + Mama Support Group led by local motherhood professionals each week. Bring your kiddos (any age) to mingle alongside us.
10am Fit4Mom Strides360 Workout (must have a Fit4Mom account & children under 6 must be in a stroller).
11am Speaker & Support Group
12pm Coffee + Mingle
1pm Yoga
$5 donation requested to Villa Non Profit for Sun Circle portion (not Fit4Mom class), venmo @VillaExchange
