Join us for a post-Mother’s Day celebration! Bring your mother, grandmother, daughter, or other special women in your life for our rejuvenating stretch session, followed by a relaxing tea time. Our instructor will lead participants through simple stretches designed to help reduce stress and anxiety and enhance overall well-being. Take advantage of this special opportunity to escape distractions and connect with the women in your life.
