We always value feedback, and a recent message from a mum who attended our Mother and Daughter Self-Defence Workshop really resonated.
Our intention with every workshop is simple.
That all participants feel welcome, supported, and included, regardless of confidence or experience.
Strike Back Self-defence is about more than physical skills.
It’s about creating a safe, encouraging environment where young girls feel able to try something and start building confidence in themselves.
This feedback was a powerful reminder of the impact a calm, positive approach can have, and reflenewcts the core values of our workshops: safety, empowerment, confidence, and connection.
