Morning Yoga at the beach

Come join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga by the ocean! Start your day off right with a peaceful session of stretching and breathing exercises on the sandy shores of 4th Street GREEN LIFEGUARD TOWER. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you'll enjoy the calming sound of the waves as you flow through different poses. Don't forget to bring your own mat (even better, a beach towel), water bottle and an open heart.

Please arrive 5 min.before class starts!

Events it's free by donations ( Cash, Venmo & Zelle are also accepted).
