Morning Tea - with Nique & Expecting Mums

Growing a little human is one of the most exciting — and sometimes loneliest — seasons of life!
Maybe you don't have many friends around you who are also expecting right now. Maybe you missed out on an antenatal class. Maybe you're going through IVF. Maybe you've just had a little bubba, or still in the toddler phase. Maybe you just want to sit across from someone who truly gets the rollercoaster of it all — the excitement, the nerves, the weird cravings, the big feelings.
Whatever brought you here, we'd love for you to join us.
We're hosting a relaxed, cosy morning tea for our local mums who are expecting, have a little bubba, or even just want to come along and celebrate with Nique. Come along, grab a coffee (or a decaf), put your feet up, and enjoy a lovely morning with other ladies who are right there in it with you.
Think less formal baby shower, more lovely catch-up with women who just get it.
This is also a special nod to Nique, our wonderful SMC cleaner, from Absolute Sparkle Cleaning. You may have seen Nique out and about at our local meet ups over the last couple of years, and we wanted to say a big thanks to her for her ongoing support of our Redlands mums, as well as wish her all the best in her new chapter ahead!!
We'll have a few little touches to make the morning feel special, a fun little game, and of course plenty of time to chat, laugh, and connect.

- Free to attend, and you can pay for your own food or drinks on the day.
**We invite you to bring something small as a little gift for another mum, and we can have a little gift exchange. Of course you don't have to, but this could be a nice way to add a little extra fun to the morning and each lady can leave with something small to take away.**
Whether you're newly pregnant or counting down the weeks, you are so welcome here. Come as you are.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
