Are you a parent longing for connection with others who understand the ups and downs of parenting consciously in 2026?
Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your parenting struggles, and receive support and guidance?
A space to be seen and heard?
If this is you, I invite you to join us for our Conscious Parenting Connection Circles held in Capalaba
Parenting is not meant to be a journey you go through alone, come and join our village and connect with a community of like-minded parents who truly understand that being a parent in today's world is hard!
The Details
Monthly connection circles held in Capalaba @ Allambee Sanctuary
1st circle - August 1st @ 2pm
1 - 1.5hrs in length depending on circle flow
Spots will be capped at 8 parents per session to ensure the sacredness of each circle (this may be increased in time)
Exchange
$25 per circle
Couples joining together - $40 per circle (receive a $10 discount if you both join together)
The circle flow will include
☀️ As we join together, we will start with some mindful breathing to help us become present in our bodies
☀️ We will then set the group intention and guidelines for our circle
☀️ Then we will open the space for sharing, connection, and guidance
☀️ There will be a short, guided meditation and sound healing
☀️ We will close the circle with some positive affirmations and a conscious parenting practice to try with your family
Circle Guidelines
• Each circle will be a sacred container of community and connection, negativity towards others will result in you being removed from the circle immediately.
• This is not a space for shaming or putting down others, or their way of parenting
• Each person will have a chance to share, if you don't wish too, that is okay
• For privacy and safety reasons - what's said in the circle, stays in the circle
• Please don't speak over each other, one person at a time
• If you have a suggestion to help someone with a struggle they are sharing, please raise your hand
• Both mums and dads are welcome to join
• Our circles are safe spaces for releasing emotion, if you need to cry, that's okay
Please note - the above guidelines are in place to ensure that our circles remain a safe space for all parents to connect, without fear of judgement or shame. If you do not agree with our guidelines our circles aren't for you.
There is power in connecting together in circle, for too long we have been kept separate, now it's time to come together
